Château de Saint-Pey 2019 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is fruity and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy Boysen berry, small notes of small crushed red berries associated with fine touches of small crushed fruits, a hint of cornflower, zan and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/mineral frame, fatness and roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, raspberry, small notes of crushed cassis associated with touches of cornflower, lily as well as a subtle hint of small berries, zan and mild tobacco. Tannins are finely marked.
