The nose is fruity, racy, marked by its terroir and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, pulpy/juicy strawberry, small notes of small blue fruits associated with touches of cornflower, lilac, violet plum as well as hints of crushed raspberry, Sichuan pepper, fine hints of cardamom, spices and a very discreet hint of grilled (in the background). The palate is elegant, finely acidulous, delicate, beautifully defined, precise, racy and offers finesse of the grain, juiciness, power (in finesse) and a beautiful juicy/fleshy fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy raspberry, flehsy/juicy cassis, small noes of violet plum associated with touches of fleshy/juicy blue fruits, cornflower as well as fine hints of violet, zan, incense, a racy minerality, very discreet hints of nutmeg and Sichuan pepper. Tannins are racy and finely marked.
