The nose is aromatic, discreetly tight and offers power as well as concentration. It reveals notes of crushed cassis, crushed wild blackberry, small notes of blueberry associated with fine touches of crushed redcurrant, pepper as well as very fine hints of sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frae, juiciness, precision as well as suavity and a very fine racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy blackberry, lily/lilac as well as hints of crushed redcurrant, chocolate, caramelization and very fine hints of cuben pepper (in the background). Good length.
