The nose is elegant, gourmand, aromatic and offers concentration (full of balance) as well as a certain intensity. It reveals notes of fleshy/crunchy casss, fleshy/crunchy wild strawberry, small notes of black pepper/cuben pepper associated with touches of crushed blueberry, liquorice, small wild berries as well as hints of mild tobacco, bourbon vanilla, almond, very discreet hints of sweet spices and a subtle hint of camphor (in the background). The palate is fruity, elegant, juicy, delicate, aromatic, finely tight and offers richness (full of balance), tension, a beautiful gourmandize, freshness, a beautiful unctuous matter, roundness as well as a beautiful pulpy/juicy/acidulous fruit and a beautiful balance in balance/richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, pulpy/juicy gariguette strawberry, small notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry associated with touches of small juicy/acidulous blue fruits, fresh cornflower as well as hints of camphor, zan, nutmeg, violet and subtle hints of bourbon vanilla pods. Tannins are precise, structuring, racy and offers straightness.
