The nose is fruity and offers power, a small concentration, elegant as well as a fine deepness. It reveals notes of ripe wild cassis, camphor, pepper associated with small touches of crushed blueberry, crushed strawberry as well as fine hints of nutmeg and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, a good definition, an acidulous frame, gourmandize and a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, crushed strawberry, small notes of crushed blackberry associated with small touches of violet, caramelization, chocolate as well as very discreet hints of almond (in the background). Good length.
