The nose is elegant, fine and offers a fine power and a fine richness. It reveals notes of ripe wild blackberry, ripe wild cassis, small notes of cornflower associated with touches of crushed blueberry, crushed violet plum as well as hints of nutmeg, toasted, cardamom and a very discreet hint of sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality as well as a fine acidulous frame and tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cassis, fresh blackberry, small notes of strawberry associated with small touches of juicy/fresh violet plum as well as fine hints of liquorice, violet and toasted. Good length.
