The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, roudness, a small fat, a fine acidulous frame and a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, juicy/pulpy raspberry, small notes of violet associated with touches of small red berries as well as hints of mocha, mild tobacco, liquorice and very discreet hints of toasted and tonka bean/cocoa. Good length.
