The nose is aromatic, elegant, racy and offers finesse of the power, intensity, deepness and a beautiful definition. It reveals notes of ripe wild blackberry, violet, small notes of iris associated with touches of small red fruits, crunchy violet plum as well as hints of grey pepper, salinity, a very discreet hint of green cardamom and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, finely tight, well-balanced, elegant, precise and offers juiciness, freshness as well as elegance, a small acidulous frame and a beautiful guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/pulpy blackberry, small fresh black fruits, small notes of violet, iris associated with touches of juicy raspberry, crunchy/fresh blueberry as well as hints of toasted, green cardamom/tonka bean, very fine hints of nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of sage (in the background). Tannins are beautifully built and offer a beautiful finesse, elegant. A persistence on touches of dark chocolate/coco and toasted hazelnut. A beautiful persistence. A wine full of delicacy!
