It reveals notes of fleshy/ripe blackberry, crushed cassis, small notes of crushed strawberry associated with touches of grey pepper, camphor, a racy minerality, juicy violet plum as well as fine hints of liquorice stick and cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral and offers a good definition, juiciness, tension, a racy minerality as well as a fine suavity and a fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, juicy raspberry, small notes of cornflower, juicy/ripe blueberry associated with small touches of wild strawberry, zan, lily/iris as well as small hints of racy minerality, cocoa, a hint of cuben pepper and a very discreet saline hint (in the background). Tannins are very finely firm.
