The nose is elegant, aromatic and offers a beautiful aromatic finesse and a very fine creamy sensation. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed cassis, small crushed crushed strawberry associated with small fine touches of small blue fruits, raspberry as well as fine hints of cuben pepper, iode, zan/liquorice stick and an imperceptible hint of sage. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous/juicy frame, a good definition, gourmandize, a fine tension as well as delicacy, richness, a small aerial/very discreetly tight side, a beautiful delicacy of the matter and density (in finesse). On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy blackberry, pulpy/juicy cassis, small notes of creamy raspberry associated with small touches of violet, lily, nutmeg, toasted hazelnut as well as very discreet hints of tea, toasted oak, tonka bean and an imperceptible hint of aromatic hers. A beautiful gourmand and aromatic persistence.
