The nose is fruity and offers a small power, a fine concentration as well as a fine and very discreetly tight grain. It reveals notes of juicy wild cassis, juicy/pulpy wild blackberry, small notes of wild strawberry associated with fine touches of lilac, lily as well as discreet hints of grey pepper and toasted. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers a mineral frame, tension, a good freshness as well as a small dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, pulpy/juicy Boysen berry, small notes of small pulpy/juicy red berries associated with fine touches of violet, iris, lily, chocolate and a very discreet hint of toasted hazelnut in the finish. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
