The nose is finely tight and offers a small power/intensity. It reveals notes of wild cassis, violet, zan associated with touches of fresh mild tobacco, small wild berries and a very discreet hint of grey pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, a fine controlled richness, a small roundness, suavity as well as a fine freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, pulpy/juicy blackberry, small notes of small wild berries associated with small touches of violet, rose, iris as well as fine hints of mocha/chocolate and very fine hints of toasted.
