The nose reveals notes of blackberry, cassis, small notes of violet associated with fine touches of racy minerality, nutmeg and a hint of cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, an acidulous/well-built frame, a beautiful bright fruit and elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright blackberry, pulpy cassis, small notes of crushed raspberry associated with a touch of bright violet plum as well as fine hints of caramelization, toasted and very discreet hints of nutmeg. Tannins are well-built. Discreet hints of chocolate and caramelization in the finish/persistence.
