The nose is fruity and offers a fine gourmandize, a small controlled power as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, bright black, small notes of bright blueberry associated with a touch of crushed raspberry as well as fine hints of violet, zan, sweet spices, a very discreet hint of nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of vanilla (in the background). The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers freshness, gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame, a beautiful finesse of the tension, a certain delicacy as well as a beautiful fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, pulpy/juicy cassis, small notes of pulpy/juicy small blue fruits associated with a fine hint of cornflower, raspberry as well as fine hints of zan, sugared mild tobacco and a discreet hint of hazelnut. Tannins are well-built. There is a very discreet chew in the finish/persistence.
