The nose is fruity and offers intensity, a fine concentration, deepness and a controlled power. It reveals notes of wild strawberry, crushed wild cassis, small notes of small berries associated with fine touches of crushed violet plum as well as fine hints of spices, Sichuan pepper and very discreet hints of cloves. The palate is fruity, full, juicy and offers a fine tension, a beautiful bright/juicu fruit, a fine acidulous frame as well as a fine fat, suavity, tension and gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, juicy blackberry, small notes of raspberry associated with small touches of juicy violet plum as well as hints of lilac, cornflower, very fine hints of liquorice and very fine hints of cardamom/spices. Tannins are racy, structuring and very discreetly tight. Good length. A very fine hint of crushed almond on the persistence.
