The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers finesse of the grain, a fine deepness and harmony. It reveals notes of bourbon vanilla, pulpy/ripe Boysen berry, small notes of raspberry associated with touches of cornflower, liquorice, a fine touch of pulpy blueberry as well as hints of racy minerality, nutmeg, sweet spices and a very discreet hint of camphor. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers freshness, an acidulous frame, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as harmony, a small tension and gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fleshy blackberry, pulpy/crushed cassis, small notes of bourbon vanilla pod associated with touches of crushed raspberry, toasted as well as a hint of lilac, violet, graphite/camphor and toasted. A very fine chew on the finish/persistence.
