The nose is fruity and fresh. It reveals notes of fleshy/fresh yellow apple, fresh/fleshy Mirabelle, small notes of juicy William pear associated with fine touches of quince as well as a hint of yellow flowers and an imperceptible hint of brioche/butter. The palate is fruity, fresh, minerak, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, roundness, suavity, a very fine iodine/saline hint (in the background), a fine grain, tension, a fine minerality as well as a very fine unctuosity (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy yellow apple, fleshy/juicy pear, small notes juicy quince associated with fine touches of pulpy/juicy Mirabelle, a very discreet hint of juicy mandarine as well as subtle hints of brioche/butter and an imperceptible hint of almond. Good length.
