The nose is fresh, very discreetly tight and offers a fine power, a fine intensity. It reveals notes of juicy quince, lemon zests, small notes of kumquat zests associated with a touch of crushed Mirabelle as well as a hint of apricot flowers, mandarine flowers and a racy minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/mineral frame, a good definition, suavity, gourmandize as well as a small roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy lemon, crunchy nectarine, small notes of juicy/crunchy kumquat as well as subtle hints of white flowers, a racy minerality, an imperceptible hint of bee wax (in the background) and an imperceptible almost toasted hint (brings roundness and supports the fruit).
