The nose is elegant, fruity, racy and offers a fine grain, precision as well as a fine power. It reveals notes of quince, apple, small notes of juicy pear associated with touches of lemon as well as a very discreet hint of lemon flower and an imperceptible hint of fresh quenette. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, gourmandize, tension as well as elegance and a beautiful finesse of the fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, lemon flowers, small notes of crushed kumquat associated with touch of crushed brugnon as well as fine hints of quenette, vanilla flowers, a subtle hint of butter and an imperceptible hint of brioche/toasted (in the background).
