The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a good definition as well as precision, a racy minerality, a very fine suavity, a very fine fat and precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy quince, pulpy brugnon, small notes of crushed Mirabelle associated with small touches of lemon, green apple as well as hints of toasted, vanilla and very discreet hints of sweet almond (in the background). Good length.
