The nose is fruity, elegant, well-defined and offers a very fine richness. It reveals notes of crushed apple, quince, small notes of butter associated with fine touches of toasted and an imperceptible hint of vanilla flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/mineral frame, a good definition and gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy quince, crushed brugnon, small notes of small yellow fruits associated with very fine touches of buttercup, a racy minerality, butter and a subtle hint of vanilla (in the background). A very discreet almost saline hint on the finish/persistence.
