It reveals notes of quince, juicy/fleshy Mirabelle, small notes of lemon/mandarine associated with touches of fleshy/juicy apple, small fruits as well as very fine hints of almond and a subtle hint of sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a good definition, gourmandize, a fine straightness, a very fine richness and a beautiful finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy quince, kumquat, small notes of small acidulous/fleshy yellow fruits associated with touches of juicy/fleshy peach associated with very fine hints of peach flowers, lemon flowers as well as an imperceptible hint of toasted/sweet spices. A very discreet chew on the persistence.
