The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, minerality, a fine iodine hint as well as a small fat/richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy quince, fleshy/crushed Mirabelle, small notes of juicy lychee associated with small touches of crushed apple as well as very fine hints of lemon zests, a racy minerality as well as discreet hints of butter/butter brioche and an imperceptible hint of bee wax and almond.Good length.
