The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, racy and offers a juicy/fresh frame, a good definition, a small tension as well as a fine suavity/fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh quince, crunchy brugnon, small notes of small crushed white fruits associated with small touches of lemon, bourbon vanilla as well as a subtle hint of white flowers. Good length. A persistence on notes of toasted/sweet spices.
