The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers intensity, deepness as well as a fine richness. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of fleshy apple, pink lychee, small notes of rose associated with touches of crushed William pear, nectarine as well as fine touches of mandarine, exotic fruits, white flowers (honeysuckle, lilac..) and an imperceptible hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, finesse of the grain as well as a beautiful definition of the fruit/purity of the fruit, a very fine tension and elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy apple, crushed nectarine, small notes of lychee associated with touches of mandarine, grapefruit flowers as well as fine hints of passion fruits, lemon flowers and an imperceptible hint of buttered brioche. Good length. Very discreet hints of toasted almond and a subtle hint of toasted hazelnut on the persistence.
