The nose is fruity, frank and fresh. It reveals notes of juicy quince, juicy mirabelle plum, small notes of crunchy green apple associated with fine touches of lemon, apple flowers, citrus mesocarp as well as very discreet hints of nutmeg and dried almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, dynamism, a little fat and a fine minerality. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of juicy lemon, crunchy green apple, small notes of quince associated with small touches of juicy/pulpy Mirabelle as well as fine points of lemon cream, dried almond, discreet toasted hints (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of clove (in the background). A dynamic effervescence. Good length.
