The nose is power, beautifully built, racy and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of quince, dry lemon zests, small notes of apple flowers associated with fine touches of dry green apple, flint as well as discreet hints of lemon flowers and an imperceptible hint of hazelnut/bee wax. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, finely tight and offers a good definition, juiciness, tension as well as a fine grain, a racy minerality and precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy quince, ripe/juicy lemon, small notes of zests associated with small touches of racy minerality, small crushed white fruits, apple flowers as well as a subtle hint of juicy lychee, flint and elderflower.
