The nose is elegant, precise and bewitching. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of white fruits, kumquat, small notes of quince associated with fine touches of toasted, nutmeg, a very discreet hint of small fresh fruits and an imperceptible hint of dry almond/sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, gourmandize, tension as well as a beautiful fruit, a small suavity and a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy kumquat, quince, small notes of small yellow apple associated with fine touches of lemon, nectarine, subtle hints of mandarine flowers as well as a subtle hint of apricot flowers, an imperceptible hint of ripe almond and toasted. An imperceptible chew on the finish/persistence. A beautiful acidulous persistence.
