The nose is elegant, racy and offers a small freshness, a good definition as well as a fine racy minerality. It reveals notes of ripe quince, ripe white fruits, small notes of juicy/Fresh Mirabelle associated with small touches of bee wax, toasted, hints of minerality and an imperceptible hint of yellow flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers a beautiful definition, a juicy/fresh fruit, a good definition as well as a beautiful grain and freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy lemon, ripe quince, small notes of juicy peach associated with small fine touches of juicy pear, apple flowers as well as subtle hints of dry almond, toasted and an imperceptible hint of fresh nutmeg.
