Bastide de Blacailloux – Eclosion 2019 – Coteaux Varois en Provence

The nose is fruity and offers precision as well as a certain purity of the fruit. It reveals notes of fleshy/juicy white peach, fresh raspberry, small notes of fresh strawberry associated with fine touches of fleshy quince, apricot as well as very fine hints of mandarine flowers and an imperceptible hint of rose petal/lavender. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, gourmandize, tension as well as a fine concentration and a beautiful purity/definition of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh peach, green apple, small notes of juicy/fresh apricot associated with small touches of rose petal, fresh raspberry, cherry blossom as well as a subtle hint of lemon/lemon zests and an imperceptible hint of lavender (in the background). Good length.
