Château de la Clapière 2019 – Côtes de Provence, Cru Classé

The nose is fruity, precise and offers elegant as well as a small gourmandize/fine concentration. It reveals notes of juicy/pulpy Mirabelle, small ripe red berries, small notes of quince associated with fine touches of pulpy/juicy pear as well as fine hints of flowers and discreet hints of fresh garrigue. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, roundness, a small fat as well as gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame, a fine tension and juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy redcurrant, juicy apricot, small notes of juicy nectarine associated with touches of lemon, mandarine zests as well as an imperceptible hint of fresh garrigue. Good length.
