Domaine des 3 Cellier – Alchimie 2019 – Châteauneuf-du-Pape

The nose is elegant, complex and offers a good finesse of the grain, a very fine intensity as well as an aromatic purity. It reveals notes of quince, crunchy nectarine, small notes of fresh local copse associated with fine touches of kumquat zests, a discreet hint of racy minerality, white pepper and a very discreet hint of fresh rosemary. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a certain aromatic purity, a good definition, gourmandize, fat as well as precision and a fine juicy/finely acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, crushed Mirabelle, small notes of apricot associated with fine touches of kumquat, fresh rosemary and fresh local copse.
