The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a small intensity as well as a fine power. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of quince, Mirabelle, apricot associated with small touches of apricot flowers, mandarine flowers, crushed apple as well as a hint of crushed kumquat, spices, a very discreet hint of tilleul, an imperceptible hint of vanilla and rosemary. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a small gourmandize, a fine unctuosity, harmony as well as a very fine tension, a small fresh frame and a beautiful definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy quince, crushed apricot, small notes of lychee associated with small touches of crushed nectarine, green apple as well as fine hints of bee wax, almond and a very discreet hint of toasted. Good length. An imperceptible hint of rosemary on the persistence/aftertaste.
