The nose is fresh, fruity and offers concentration as well as a small power. It reveals notes of quince, William pear, small notes of small yellow fruits associated with touches of fresh mandarine, zests as well as very fine hints of flowers, a subtle hint of zests and dry local copse. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fresh and offers a juicy/finely acidulous/very discreetly tight frame as well as fat and a small freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh quince, juicy/fresh Mirabelle, small notes of crunchy/juicy peach associated with small touches of apple, acacia, mandarine flowers as well as a subtle hint of racy minerality, a discreet hint of dry local copse and an imperceptible hint of toasted (in the background). Good length. A fine power on the finish/persistence.
