The palate is fruity and offers freshness, a good definition, juiciness, a small gourmandize as well as a small minerality, a fine roundness, suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh lemon, fresh green apple, small notes of juicy/fresh peach associated with small touches of juicy quince, juicy mandarine, zests as well as a subtle hint of juicy/fresh lychee, apple flowers, white flowers as well as an imperceptible hint of olive tree leaf. Good length. A very discreet hint of toasted almond on the finish/persistence.
