The nose is finely tight and offers intensity as well as a small power. It reveals notes of bigarreau cherry, cherry blossom, small notes of violet associated with touches of small pulpy red berries, strawberry flowers, violet plum as well as very fine hints of liquorice, garrigue, a very discreet hint of black tea, cardamom and grey pepper. The palate is silky, suave, juiciness, beautifully defined/built, racy and offers a very fine acidulous frame, a very fine creaminess as well as finesse of the straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/pulpy cherry, pulpy strawberry, small notes of violet, pulpy/bright violet plum associated with small touches of crushed red berries, strawberry flowers as well as fine hints of garrigue, chocolate, toasted, a subtle hint of black olive and caramelization. Tannins are well-built and elegant.
