The nose is elegant and offers richness, power (in delicacy), a very beautiful definition/purity of the fruit, a beautiful finesse of the fruit, a fine intensity and deepness. It reveals notes of fleshy/juicy black cherry, juicy blueberry, small notes of Boysen berry associated with touches of bright violet plum, thyme flowers, chocolate as well as hints of liquorice, toasted, small cooked black fruits, a very discreet/imperceptible hint of rosemary and cherry blossom (in the background). The palate is elegant, beautifully touched, racy and offers precision, elegant, a small fleshiness, a bright fruit as well as a juicy/finely acidulous frame and a very fine creaminess. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright bigarreau cherry, blueberry, small notes of raspberry, juicy/fresh blackberry associated with touches of cherry blossom, violet, liquorice stick, cardamom associated with very discreet hints of garrigue, toasted and tonka bean. A very fine firmness on the finish/persistence. A very beautiful potential!
