It reveals notes of fresh apple, zests, small notes of jasmine, lemon flowers associated with fine touches of flint, pink lychee as well as an imperceptible hint of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers roundness, gourmandize as well as a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/juicy lemon, mesocarp, crushed pear associated with touches of lychee and jasmine. Good length and persistence.
