The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, a racy minerality. It reveals notes of quince, fleshy/juicy Mirabelle, lemon, small notes of pulpy/juicy vine peach, flint associated with fine hints of pear, lychee, quenette and an imperceptible hint of jasmine. The palate is elegant, fine, delicate and offers a beautiful mineral frame, a good guideline as well as suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, brugnon, small notes of fleshy/juicy Mirabelle associated with a touch of apricot, pear, lemon as well as fine hints of quenette, lemon flowers and jasmine. A very beautiful persistence on notes of citrus.
