The nose is fruity and offers a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of juicy/ripe cassis, griotte, small notes of crushed Boysen berry associated with small touches of wild strawberry, a racy minerality as well as fine hints of toasted, caramelization and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, fat, suavity and a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, candied cassis, small notes of crushed wild strawberry as well as hints of small ripe fruits, caramelization, toasted and a very discreet hint of mild tobacco leaf, ripe hazelnut. Tannins are elegant. A very discreet hint of caramelization on the persistence.
