The palate is fruity, mineral and offers freshness, a fine acidulous frame, precision as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe wild cassis, wild blackberry, small notes of small black fruits associated with touches of violet, griotte and liquorice. Hints of hazelnut on the persistence.
