The nose is fruity and offers gourmandize as well as a fine fleshiness. It reveals notes of crushed cassis, crushed raspberry, small notes of violet associated with touches of small red berries, liquorice, nutmeg as well as discreet hints of cardamom and toasted. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, a good definition, juiciness and a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy raspberry, small notes of small hints of caramelization, nutmeg and vanilla. Good length. A very discreet hint of coffee on the persistence.
