The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers structure as well as deepness. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, ripe/juicy small black fruits, small notes of crushed redcurrant associated with fine touches of violet, small crunchy violet plum as well as hints of sense of the place/terroir, a discreet hint of fresh mild tobacco, pepper and an imperceptible sappy hint/pine resin. The palate is fruity, very discreetly tight and offers juiciness, freshness, a god definition, gourmandize as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of violet, small juicy/fresh black berries, juicy blackberry, small notes of juicy cassis associated with a fine touch of crunchy plum, a racy minerality, tonka bean and a very discreet hint of camphor. Good length and persistence. Tannins are well-built and coating.
