The nose is fruity and offers a fine intensity / power. It reveals notes of wild cassis, wild strawberry and small notes of pepper associated with a small touch of raspberry as well as slight hints of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy / acidulous frame, gourmandise, suavity as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain and of the fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, juicy / pulpy sour cherry and small notes of raspberry associated with small touches of crushed red berries as well as fine hints of chocolate, liquorice and an almost imperceptible hint of saline minerality. Good length.
