The nose is aromatic and offers power (full of finesse and control). It reveals notes of pulpy Boysenberry, pulpy strawberry and small notes of violet, lily associated with touches of Cuben pepper, nutmeg as well as very discreet hints of sweet spices, nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of tea. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a fine straightness, gourmandise, a small tension, finesse, suavity, roundness, freshness as well as a small fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cassis, pulpy / juicy Boysenberry and small notes of ripe raspberry associated with small touches of lily, violet as well as very discreet hints of nutmeg and chocolate. Tannins are elegant and very slightly tight. Good length. Presence of hints of chocolate and crushed almond on the persistence. A fine chew on persistence.
