The nose offers elegance, a beautiful aromatic palette as well as gourmandise. It reveals notes of pulpy / ripe Boysenberry, pulpy / ripe raspberry and small notes of pulpy / ripe small blue fruits associated with touches of violet, cornflower as well as very fine hints of Cuben pepper and with a subtle hint of blond tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, gourmandise, tension, finesse as well as a slight acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blackberry, pulpy / juicy cassis and small notes of violet associated with touches of toasted, chocolate, nutmeg, crushed small blue fruits as well as fine hints of tobacco blond. Tannins are elegant, racy and offer a small straightness. Good length.
