Luigi, Château Boutillon 2019 – Bordeaux Supérieur

The nose is fruity and offers gourmandise as well as a slightly tight grain. It reveals notes of crushed cassis, juicy boysenberry and small notes of fleshy cherry associated with fine touches of crushed redcurrant as well as hints of flowers, liquorice and nutmeg. The mouth is juicy, gourmande, on the fruit and offers a small fat, structure as well as a very slight straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, juicy boysenberry and small notes of juicy cherry associated with a touch of juicy blueberry, small crushed red berries as well as a subtle hint of violet, racy minerality and cocoa.
