Croix de Labrie – Stella Solare 2019 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is fruity, elegant and offers freshness, a fine richness as well as a fine gourmandise. It reveals notes of ripe / pulpy lemon, passion fruit and small notes of lychee associated with touches of pulpy / juicy vine peach, peach flowers as well as very slight hints of quenette, ripe kumquat, racy minerality, juicy / ripe tangerine as well as very discreet hints of chestnut / toasted and tangerine flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, a racy minerality, a small unctuosity, a fine freshness, tension, a fine grain as well as gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy pear, ripe / pulpy kumquat and small notes of ripe / fleshy lemon associated with small touches of crushed vine peach, passion fruit, quenette as well as very fine hints of apple blossoms, peach blossoms and an imperceptible hint of verbena. Good length.
