The palate is fruity, juicy and offers minerality, freshness, a good definition, a fine gourmandise, a fine tension as well as suavity / roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cassis, juicy sour cherry and small notes of red berries associated with touches of crunchy raspberry, iris, lilac as well as slight hints of spices, chocolate, cardamom and a subtle hint of Bourbon vanilla.
