Château Cantegril 2019 – Barsac

The nose is fruity, fresh, racy and offers a fine tension. It reveals notes of juicy / ripe peach, candied pear and small notes of crystallized kumquat associated with fine touches of zest, discreet hints of racy minerality and an imperceptible hint of almond / toasted / vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a juicy / slightly acidulous frame, precision as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, juicy / ripe vine peach and small notes of apple associated with small touches of zest, hints of candied kumquat, a hint of juicy yellow grape as well as very fine spices and almond tips. Good length.
